All orders received before 12PM EST. are processed and shipped out the SAME DAY. If your place your order after 12PM EST. your order will be processed and shipped out the NEXT Business Day.Custom Ready to Wear Wigs are made to order and will be shipped out within 14 days of your placed order. Shipping rates are listed for priority mail ONLY to ensure you receive your products in a timely manner. Once your order is processed and packaged your tracking number will be updated via email.
REFUND & PRIVACY POLICY
Please be advised once an order is fulfilled and shipped there are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. If your order is made to order as a custom unit you cannot change your desired style length or wig type. Empress Company is subject to verify all orders by requesting proof of payment and Valid ID prior to shipping out your order. Please be aware that none of your information will be shared under any circumstances. This information is mandatory to be obtaines to protect Empress Company from any fraud or fraudulent disputes. In the event that a customer chooses to commit fraudulent activity or charges, the customer will be subject to a law enforced hearing upon Empress Company losing any funds after your order is fulfilled and delivered. Customer will be served at the shipping address in such a case.
